What to expect
At our first session, we will get a better understanding about your problem. Learning about what triggers the problem, what keeps it going, and importantly what you can do about it. Follow-up sessions are then tailored to build on the first session. Depending on your goals and the problem, the amount of sessions can vary. Some people find benefit in 2 sessions, others find that 4-6, or 10-15 works better for them. The choice is yours.
Treatment approach
My focus is to help you develop new skills to deal with difficult thoughts and feelings. The aim being to help you reach your full potential on more days than not.
